Contract

·         All items are held for 3 months.  Items will have to be renewed every 3 months or removed based on recommendations from FDM associates.  If our recommendation is to remove your items, consignor will be given 2 weeks to do so or items become property of FDM.  There will be a 10% of the listing removal fee for items removed before their 3 month consignment.

·         FDM pays consignor 50% of final selling price. 

·         It is your duty to keep up with your consignment.  Call and check on your items as often as you would like.  Once sold we will promptly issue a check.  There is a $5 dollar fee for mailed checks. 

·         There is a fee for items not in “selling” condition.  Fee will be at associate’s discretion, and consignor will be notified while they are present. 

·         All pick-up’s and deliveries are assessed a delivery charge based on location. 

·         All items are priced by FDM.  If there is a certain price you are looking for it is to be noted at the time item is dropped off. 

·         FDM is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
